FAQs

What is this website?

Lina Narratives is a website with original, self-published fiction stories, including short stories, novellas, and collections of short stories, all written by me – Lina Dimitrova.

How can I read the stories?

It’s very simple. Pick a category from the menu (Short Stories or Collections) and explore the stories in it. For each one, there is a detailed description and a link (the open book), which will direct you to the content.

Are all stories digital?

For the time being, all of the stories are digital and can be read only on my website.

Are the stories free or paid?

Some of my stories are available to read for free. The rest are paid and require a subscription, which gives you full access* to all digital content on my website – currently published and upcoming. You can subscribe with a monthly charge of 5€/month or a yearly charge of 50€/year.

*All content published on this Website is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Lina Dimitrova. The subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and read the content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, republication, modification, resale, or unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action.

How can I subscribe?

Open the subscribe page. You will see two options – monthly charge or yearly charge. Choose the one that suits you best and click “subscribe”. A pop-up will appear. You have to enter your card information, such as cardholder name, card number, expiration date, and security code. Make sure it is a standard card and not a one-time (temporary) type. You will be charged monthly or yearly until you cancel your subscription.

At the bottom, you have to enter your e-mail with an existing WordPress account or create a new account, in order to gain access to the paid content.

By subscribing, you agree to the Terms & Conditions.

What language are the stories in?

My stories have both English and Bulgarian editions. For now, they aren’t available in any other languages.

What kind of genres do you write?

I don’t have a preferred genre. I like to write anything as long as I feel inspired, so there’s a big diversity of genres to explore on my website. Varying from Thrillers, Horrors, and Detective Stories, through Romance and Drama, all the way to Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and even Child-friendly stories!

What do the symbols in the stories’ descriptions mean?

The pages with short stories and collections feature three types of symbols, showing their stage of development. They are as follows:

📖 – The story is ready to read. Click on the desired edition, English or Bulgarian, and open the content.

📙 – The story is finished or is in final stages of editing and will be published soon.

📝 – The story is not yet finished.

If I enjoyed reading a story, how can I leave a “like”?

At the end of every story, you will find an “applauding” symbol.

Click/tap on it to give the story a “clap” (“like”), indicating you’ve enjoyed reading it. You can “applaude” the story as many times as you want.
